IT WORKS

IT Management and Current Trends is my subject when I am fourth Year college. Our teacher here is MARS CACACHO the great teacher I’ve ever meet, he is working at Trend Micro, but before he is great scientist and go to engineering world and end up to IT in SPUP that’s why he love the student of SPUP. Every Saturday he travels 12 hours from manila to Tuguegarao just to teach us, he called his subject as a charity work because his salary in this subject is not even enough for his fair but look he gave chocolates and gift checks great right?   He is really good and cool, he thought us how to be great IT professional, good citizen and Wise person. In this subject I learned how to remote one computer to another computer, clean registry , shortcuts on run command, how to use  third party software like combo fix, hijack this and other software that use to removed different kind of virus. I experience also to create and explore blog like this He also introduced the different kind of viruses, he always updates us in IT current trends in what happening under the sun and he always thought us to be a good person on earth.

I want to end this by saying Thank you “SIR MARS CACACHO for being great teacher and good teacher to us and for giving us the opportunity to make this blog successful, the knowledge and skills you shared to us. This is one thing I never forget and I will include this as a great chapter of my life”  A great work sir ! =))

IT and Me

When I’m fourth year high school I just want to take IT course because I love to play computer game, I don’t have any knowledge what IT really is then when I enrolled it I just know that they are creating programs, systems, web and that’s the time I feel more excited to IT
First Year college on this time it’s kinda boring because our teacher is just thought us me how to use Microsoft office word, power point, typing tutorial and just basic C++ programming, so what I’ve used to do when I’m first year is to play different computer games after class.
Second Year College is cool, in this chapter of my college life I’ve learned how to animate things using macromedia flash with sir Ritchie, he is cool guy and teacher. I don’t have my sample animation now but I can put later if found it.
Third Year College when the time I we develop web, at first developing a web is so toxic but when I use to do it I found it easy and cool so I concentrate to PHP programming until fourth Year student. We also used PHP for our thesis we used mysql for our backend, we developed NSO region II official website we spent time developing the NSO website almost 3 months and that’s cool. We will soon upload the site as soon as they allow.
The biggest problem in my college life is when the three great programming teachers is gone, they resign because of some confidential reason, they are the only who has a knowledge of teaching programming subject and the rest is just the power point and Microsoft and adobe products and just basic networking so this is the big lost of our department also to us fourth year student who develops systems and website for our thesis, we are helpless, But for me IT is the best course because in IT I learned and Enjoyed and its really cool, compare to other courses, they read thick books they study human bodies, chemistries, they cooked and what so ever but after all they’ll just working with nothing.

It's Me

Now we will talk about my life. I’m Jan Carlo Pigao 19 yrs old second child,my mother is in abroad working for us when  my eldest sister is Gillee Anne R. Pigao  got pregnant while in college so my mother told her to stop already because she disappointed with my sister.FYI I don’t  have father anymore since I’m 10 yrs old I grew up at Pangasinan where my mother resides and  my father is from Roxas Isabela

                I’m still studying at St. Paul University Philippines located at Tuguegarao City Cagayan Valley, I studied there because I want to experience to live without them in my side, but one time I experienced to have a fever for 3 days I just said that it is really hard to be out of their side (maybe because that is my first time) my life while in 1^st year college is really cool. 7:00 -12:00 is my class in the morning after that I’ll take my lunch together with my  classmates after eating we will play DOTA somewhere and after class in the afternoon we will play again. That my daily routine. I also experienced to get absent just to play computer games or just to have fun

  

Where do I see myself 10 years from now? Was my learning in SPUP vital to where I'm leading to?

I see myself 10 years from now as a IT professional and successful man, my learnings in SPUP is excellent where I’m leading to, being a good citizen, being a good example of a Christian and great student of batch 2008-2012

Twitter vs Facebook vs Google Plus

The biggest problem in social networking is helping you easily interact with your friends and share information in lots of different contexts. For example, you might want to share photos from a family vacation with just your family, send a video from a party to just the people who were there, invite coworkers to an office event, play a game with a few friends, or use a running website with your friends who like jogging.

What is the best? Ok lets go first with twitter, What is twitter? And what is the purpose of twitter? The short format of the tweet is a defining characteristic of the service, allowing informal collaboration and quick information sharing that provides relief from rising email and IM fatigue. Twittering is also a less gated method of communication: you can share information with people that you wouldn't normally exchange email or IM messages with, opening up your circle of contacts to an ever-growing community of like-minded people.

What is Facebook? What can I do to facebook? And what is facebook do to your life? Actually I’m addicted to facebook because lot of games, and they update every time and then and I think this is the best social networking site. What I like to facebook are sharing and liking and tagging of photos, sharing and liking posts, and sharing whatever you want to share, “like”is cool, and I notice “like” feature is now anywhere in the web. I usually visit my facebook just to see if I have notifications and message and new posts to our group, if there is new uploaded or tagged photos to me. The group feature is a small community in facebook that allows the user to share the information, posts and photos and videos only to your group. With facebook it’s easy to update and inform your friends or your family of what was happening to you. With facebook, friendship, family, girlfriend, boyfriend, old lost friend,high school mates and even elementary mates will always keeps their relationship good and close.

Google plus is really cool I like their grouping circles, their chat box and their video chat is really good and they provide better privacy than facebook but google plus lacks of features that facebook has. Below is the comparison if google plus and facebook.
The pluses of Google+ over Facebook

1. Google+ provides better privacy and well layered grouping – Circles
2. Google+ does not have annoying applications like facebook (may be yet)
3. Google+ combines facebook and twitter together when the main features are concerned
4. Google+ is simple and sweet – May be just because it is new
5. Google+ uses the google chat for chatting. It is much better than facebook chat
6. Google hangout is far better than the Facebook video chat
The minuses of Google+ over Facebook

1. Google+ lacks some features that facebook has (Since it’s new and beta)
2. Google+ does not have anything special for a typical facebook freak who does not care much about privacy
3. Google+ does not have an own powerful branding as a social network (It’s a sub-product of google and not a mere social network brand like “facebook”) However, this is how it could be released because a unique branding is too weeker to compete facebook

The Net 2.0

I’ve watch the net and the net 2.0 and I noticed that the character in the first movie is not same with the net 2.0. Anyway The Movie The net 2.0 is about to a beautiful computer expert who traveled in Istanbul for what appears to be a perfect gig. She instead ends up caught in a high-tech frame job , her bank account emptied, her name changed on official documentation and someone else having slid up her awaiting position. After having unsuccessfully attempted to convinced boyfriend james to accompany her, she finds herself alone and in Turkish prison, something anyone even casually familiar with Midnight Run will tell you is bad news. Hope must then use brains and beauty—along with the assistance of a mysterious cab driver and a flight attendant to unravel the mystery, uncover the truth about what’s happening to her and get her good name back.

The Number 23

The Movie Started December 23 this is the day that walter was born, he receives a call to catch a dog that has a name is NED, so if we are compute the equivalent number on each letter its “23” 14 for N 5 for E and 4 for D total of 23.but he loses it because he bites in his arm. In the Library he saw a RED book entitled The Number 23, Walter starts reading the book, noticing odd similarities between himself and the main character, a detective who refers to himself as "Fingerling". The character explains that he got the name from an obscure children's book, one that Walter also enjoyed as a child. The book details Fingerling's meeting with the "Suicide Blonde", whose bizarre obsession with the number 23 drives her to murder her boyfriend and commit suicide. Walter spends the evening finishing the book only to discover that the book stops at chapter 22 with Fingerling standing on a balcony trying to decide whether or not to jump, after murdering his lover, Fabrizia.In the room 23 to the hotel he found the missing 23^rd chapter written all over the wall.The chapter explains that the story was Walter’s confession and he remembers why he did everything: His father killed himself after the death of Walter’s mother.The Number 23, placing the 23^rd chapter on the walls, floor and every other part of the room, and then jumped off the balcony.

Agatha finds Walter at the hotel, and tries to assure him that he is no longer the person he was when he wrote the book. he embraces his family, a voiceover by Walter tells the audience that he turned himself into the police and is awaiting sentencing, having been told that the judge will likely go easy on him since he turned himself in.

The Girl With a dragon Tattoo

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is about a journalist, a shamed journalist, a shamed journalist Mikael Blomkvist – Michael NYQVIST – who faces a gaol sentence, being hired by a rich industrialist to investigate the 40 year old disappearance of a young woman

                The person who will end up assisting Blomkvist is expert is expert internet hacker Lisbeth Salander – Noomi Rapace. She’s a damaged young woman and she’s even more damaged in the course of this film. But she has fire in her belly and great research skills
